Supply range and input offset — the BOM-fit check
The 500 µV input offset voltage and 500 nA input bias current are typical for a bipolar-input stage — adequate for DC-coupled audio and instrumentation, but the offset matters if you need better than 0.1 % accuracy at low gain. Supply current is 4 mA per amplifier.
For a production BOM, qualify the NE5534P (DIP-8) or an alternative op-amp family if a fresh supply is needed.
