The MSP430G2452IPW20 is a 16-bit MSP430 CPU16 microcontroller running at 16 MHz, with 8 KB of on-chip flash program memory and 256 bytes of RAM. Sixteen general-purpose I/O lines are available, along with an 8-channel 10-bit ADC, two 16-bit timers with PWM, and a watchdog timer. The USI module supports I²C and SPI connectivity — enough for a small sensor network or a human-machine interface with a simple display and keypad.
