Housed in a 14-TSSOP package (4.40 mm width), surface-mount only. 10 general-purpose I/O lines are available — enough for a few sensor inputs, a serial bus, and a couple of control outputs. The internal oscillator saves an external crystal for many low-speed applications.
Connectivity is handled by the USI module supporting I²C and SPI. These blocks cover the common interface needs for sensor readout and actuator control without external glue logic.
