FRAM-based MSP430 with integrated LCD drive
Its program memory is 64 KB of FRAM — a non-volatile memory that writes at near-SRAM speed with essentially unlimited endurance, eliminating the erase-cycle overhead of Flash. On-chip peripherals include a 12-bit ADC with 16 multiplexed channels, a segment LCD driver, DMA, a brown-out detector, and a PWM timer, all wrapped in a 100-pin LQFP package.
TI lists the MSP430FR6977IPZ as Active.
