FRAM-based 16-bit MCU with integrated LCD drive
The device runs at 16 MHz and includes 2K x 8 of RAM for stack and scratchpad data. The peripheral set also includes a 12-bit ADC with eight channels, PWM timers, a watchdog timer, brown-out reset, and DMA for data movement without CPU intervention.

FRAM writes at full bus speed with no erase cycle, so firmware updates or data logging don't stall the CPU. Endurance is effectively unlimited for typical application lifetimes — no wear-leveling needed, unlike Flash. Standby current is also lower than equivalent Flash-based MCUs, which matters for battery-powered designs that wake periodically to log a reading and go back to sleep.
64-pin LQFP — rework-friendly footprint
The 64-LQFP package (10x10 mm body) has 0.5 mm pitch gull-wing leads, a standard footprint that reflows cleanly with a hot-air station or reflow oven. No hidden pads or thermal slug to worry about — lift the part, not the pad, if a rework cycle is needed.
