FRAM-based 16-bit MCU for industrial sensing and control
It combines 64 KB of FRAM program memory with 2 KB of SRAM, 51 general-purpose I/O lines, and an 8-channel 12-bit ADC, all in a 64-pin LQFP package measuring 10x10 mm.
Brown-out detect and POR are integrated, so the reset circuitry is handled on-chip.
Peripheral set for serial communication and analog front ends
The 8-channel 12-bit ADC can sample multiple analog inputs without an external mux, and the DMA engine moves data without CPU intervention, which helps keep the core asleep longer in low-power applications. PWM outputs support motor control or LED dimming directly.
