The MSP430FR5889IPMR: Its 128 KB program memory is FRAM — ferroelectric RAM — which combines non-volatile storage with write endurance of roughly 10^15 cycles and write speeds comparable to SRAM. The 2K x 8 RAM handles stack and scratchpad variables; for heavier buffering you would budget external SRAM or use the FRAM as unified memory.
