32 KB FRAM — no wear-leveling tax, no write-cycle worry
Its program memory is 32 KB of FRAM — ferroelectric RAM that combines non-volatile storage with SRAM-like write speed and endurance far beyond Flash. No erase cycles, no wear-leveling overhead in the firmware stack. The 1 KB of SRAM handles stack and scratchpad data.
14-channel 12-bit ADC and serial connectivity for sensor aggregation
A 14-channel, 12-bit successive-approximation ADC is on-chip, covering analog inputs from temperature sensors, strain gauges, or current shunts without an external converter. The 33 general-purpose I/O lines map into the 40-VQFN package (6x6 mm body, exposed pad for thermal relief).
