FRAM-based 16-bit MCU for power-conscious designs

FRAM: the memory that changes the power budget
FRAM is the headline feature here. For a battery-powered design that logs data or updates its code in the field, FRAM eliminates the wear-leveling and sector-erase overhead that Flash demands. The 16 KB program space is backed by the same FRAM technology, so the boundary between code and data is soft: you can treat unused program memory as non-volatile storage without a separate EEPROM.
Peripherals and I/O in a 24-pin package
With 17 I/O lines and a 24-VQFN package (4x4 mm), this MCU packs a useful peripheral set into a small footprint. The built-in brown-out reset, POR, PWM, and watchdog timer reduce external component count. The 8-channel 10-bit ADC covers analog inputs like thermistors, potentiometers, or current-sense resistors without an external converter.
