FRAM-based 16-bit MCU for industrial and low-power edge nodes
Its program memory is 16.5 KB of FRAM, not Flash — meaning writes are faster, consume less active power, and the endurance is orders of magnitude higher than typical Flash, which matters for data-logging or over-the-air update schemes where the same memory sector gets rewritten thousands of times. The 4K x 8 RAM handles the stack and scratchpad. Clocked at 16 MHz, it is not a number-cruncher but a control-oriented part sized for sensor fusion, metering, and human-machine interface tasks where the FRAM write speed and low active current keep the energy budget tight.
Housed in a 32-VFQFN with exposed pad (5x5 mm body), the part is surface-mount only.
The part is ROHS3 compliant.
