16 MHz CPU with 15.5 KB unified FRAM
The MSP430FR2433IRGET is a 16-bit MCU from the MSP430™ FRAM family, built around the MSP430 CPU16 core clocked at 16 MHz. The 15.5 KB FRAM serves as both program and data memory, erasing and writing at near-zero power — no separate EEPROM needed for parameter storage.
Integrated peripherals for sensor and control nodes
The part carries 19 GPIOs, an 8-channel 10-bit ADC, and serial connectivity including I²C, SPI, UART, and IrDA — enough to interface with common sensors, actuators, and wireless modules without external glue logic. On-chip brown-out detect, power-on reset, a PWM timer, and a watchdog timer reduce the external component count for a reliable, self-contained control loop.
24-VFQFN package and board integration
Housed in a 24-VFQFN with an exposed pad (4x4 mm body, supplier package 24-VQFN), the part is suited for surface-mount assembly on standard FR-4 boards.
