FRAM MCU for mixed-signal control
It runs at up to 24 MHz and integrates a 10-channel 12-bit ADC and a 4-channel 12-bit DAC, making it a single-chip fit for sensor conditioning and closed-loop control in industrial and automotive auxiliary systems.
32 KB FRAM — no wear-leveling overhead
FRAM writes at bus speed with near-infinite endurance, so you can log data or update firmware in the field without managing wear-leveling or erase cycles. The 4 KB SRAM handles stack and scratchpad for the 24 MHz core. For designs that previously used external EEPROM, this part absorbs that function on-chip.
On-chip analog chain
Ten 12-bit ADC channels and four 12-bit DAC channels eliminate separate converter ICs for multi-sensor input and actuator output. The internal oscillator (no external crystal needed for basic timing) further reduces BOM count and board area.
Texas Instruments lists this part as Active. There is no announced last-time-buy or discontinuation notice.
