2 KB FRAM — no wear-out, no separate EEPROM needed
The 2 KB FRAM replaces both Flash and EEPROM in one unified memory space. For a sensor node or control loop that logs calibration data or state, this means simpler firmware and a lower BOM count versus a Flash-plus-EEPROM split. The 16 I/O pins in a 20-TSSOP footprint keep the board area tight — useful for compact sensor interfaces or retrofit modules where every millimetre of PCB real estate is already allocated.
