The 2K x 8 RAM handles the stack and volatile buffers; the 8-channel 12-bit SAR ADC samples at rates suitable for sensor conditioning and closed-loop control. With 28 I/O lines and I²C, SPI, IrDA, and UART/USART interfaces, this part fits into a distributed sensor node or a low-power instrumentation front end.
It is suited for outdoor telecom boxes, solar inverter controllers, motor-drive auxiliary boards, and factory-automation sensor hubs that stay above the cold soak but below the under-hood 125°C boundary.
