Seven 24-bit sigma-delta ADCs — the metrology core
The seven 24-bit sigma-delta converters sample voltage and current on three phases plus neutral simultaneously. The CPUXV2 core and DMA offload data movement so the converter stream does not stall the main loop.
The 'A' suffix indicates a functional revision. The device is ROHS3 compliant.

Housed in a 100-pin LQFP with a 14x14 mm body, the package is a surface-mount quad flat pack. The 62 I/O lines are distributed around the four sides.
