Dual 24-bit ADC + 10-bit ADC — three analog paths
Two independent 24-bit sigma-delta ADCs handle the voltage and current channels for each phase in a polyphase energy meter, while the 8-channel 10-bit SAR ADC monitors auxiliary inputs (temperature, tamper detect, neutral current). This partitioning lets the 24-bit converters run continuously at high resolution without interrupting the 10-bit scan for housekeeping.
