Mixed-signal MCU with integrated LCD drive
It packs 128 KB of program Flash and 4K x 8 of RAM, with a rich set of mixed-signal peripherals including a 5-channel 10-bit ADC and a separate 2-channel 24-bit sigma-delta ADC for precision measurement.
Package and mounting
The 128 KB Flash is self-timed and supports byte/word writes, which simplifies firmware updates over the UART or SPI bootloader. The 4K x 8 RAM is modest — enough for moderate data logging or a small RTOS stack, but a heavy frame buffer for the LCD will eat into it fast. The two 24-bit sigma-delta ADCs are the standout feature here: they give you the resolution to read strain gauges, thermocouples, or current shunts directly without an external amplifier, though the conversion rate is slow compared to the 10-bit SAR ADC. Brown-out detect and POR are on-chip, so a simple RC reset is usually sufficient.
Package, supply, and temperature grade
Housed in an 80-pin LQFP with a 12x12 mm body. Surface-mount only — no through-hole option.
