20 MHz core — what it means for the BOM
The 20 MHz ceiling on the core handles real-time data acquisition and protocol parsing. 512 KB Flash and 66 KB RAM support a full protocol stack and local data log buffer.
Peripheral set and integration
On-chip peripherals include brown-out detect, POR, DMA, PWM, WDT, and an LCD controller. Connectivity covers I²C, IrDA, SCI, SPI, and UART/USART — enough for most sensor and display interfaces. The internal oscillator keeps the BOM lean for applications that do not require a precision external clock. The 100-LQFP package (14x14 mm) is a standard surface-mount footprint, easy to route on a two-layer board.
