Supplied in a 64-VFQFN exposed-pad package (supplier device package 64-VQFN, 9x9 mm). The 53 I/O lines are available on the perimeter pads; no internal pull-up or pull-down is guaranteed at reset, so plan external resistors for open-drain buses.
