The 25 MHz clock is enough for real-time sensor fusion, UART/I²C/SPI protocol handling, and background DMA transfers without waking a higher-performance core.
The 64-VQFN package with exposed pad (9x9 mm) helps conduct heat to the PCB ground plane; the thermal pad should be stitched with vias to the inner ground layer if the MCU drives more than a few peripherals continuously at 85°C.

The brown-out detect and POR circuits are on-chip, so no external supervisor is needed for most designs. The internal oscillator eliminates the crystal for UART baud rates up to 115200, but the 25 MHz PLL still needs a clean supply — keep the Vcore decoupling within 5 mm of the pin.
