The MSP430F437IPN comes in an 80-lead LQFP with a 12x12 mm body and 0.5 mm pitch. This is a hand-reworkable package if you have a hot-air station and fine-tipped iron — the leads are visible, the pitch is manageable with flux and braid, and the orientation mark (pin 1 chamfer) is clear. No exposed thermal pad underneath, so the primary heat path is through the leads — keep the ambient airflow reasonable if the part is dissipating more than a few hundred milliwatts.
