16 KB Flash, 512 bytes RAM — size the firmware early
Program memory is 16 KB of Flash with an additional 256 bytes for info storage; RAM is 512 x 8 (512 bytes). That is a modest memory footprint — fine for a dedicated LCD controller, sensor hub, or simple protocol bridge, but tight for a full RTOS or large data buffers. Plan the firmware image and stack usage before layout.
On-chip LCD driver saves a chip
