113-ball BGA Microstar Junior — rework reality
This comes in a 113-VFBGA (7x7 mm Microstar Junior) package. That is a fine-pitch BGA with no visible leads — you are looking at a hot-air rework station and a stencil to place it. Not a field-swap part; plan for a reflow profile and a bake cycle if the moisture barrier has been breached. The 64 I/O pins route out through the BGA ball field, which means the PCB fan-out needs vias-in-pad or at least a 4-layer board to break out all signals cleanly.
Peripheral set and data converters
