Memory and peripheral fit for a BOM line
16 KB Flash (16K x 8 plus 256 bytes) and 512 bytes of RAM define the firmware envelope. This is adequate for a single sensor-fusion algorithm, a Modbus RTU slave, or a simple PID loop, but it will not fit a full TCP/IP stack or a large data logger. The 12-channel 10-bit ADC covers multi-sensor analog front-ends without an external converter. The 32 general-purpose I/O pins, shared with the serial peripherals, give enough headroom for a small keypad-and-display HMI or a relay-driver interface.

Package and mounting
Housed in a 38-TSSOP (6.10 mm body width, 0.240" pitch), surface-mount. The footprint is standard for this pin count.
