The on-chip 8-channel 12-bit ADC and dual 12-bit DAC cover many sensor-conditioning and closed-loop control tasks without external converters. The ADC handles multiplexed analog inputs (temperature, pressure, current sense), while the DACs can generate setpoints or analog output signals.
