Memory and I/O — right-sized for a single-function sensor node
16 KB Flash and 512 B RAM are tight — enough for a dedicated metrology firmware image, but not for a multitasking RTOS or large data buffers. The 11 general-purpose I/O pins handle local control (relay drive, LED indication) and interface to a host via SPI or UART. Brown-out detection and a watchdog timer are built in, so an external supervisor IC is unnecessary. The 24-TSSOP package (4.4 mm wide) fits on compact two-layer boards common in smart-plug and power-monitor designs.
