The RoHS compliance is listed as non-compliant, which means it contains lead (Pb) in solder joints or die attach and cannot ship into RoHS-enforced jurisdictions without an exemption. For legacy BOMs that already carry a leaded solder waiver or for military/aerospace builds where leaded finish is required, that is not a blocker; for a new commercial design targeting RoHS, it is a hard stop.
Sourcing reality for the BOM line
Because this is an active 54C-series device with a known military-grade suffix, it is not a commodity part carried on every distributor shelf.
