Quad op-amp in a 14-SOIC — what the bench tells you
It delivers four independent op-amp channels with a 1 MHz gain-bandwidth product and a 0.6V/µs slew rate, running from a single or split supply spanning 5 V to 30 V.
At 0.6V/µs the MC3303DR is a general-purpose part, not a high-speed amplifier. For a 1 V peak-to-peak output swing the full-power bandwidth works out to roughly 95 kHz — fine for audio, slow sensor conditioning, or control-loop filtering, but not for video or fast data acquisition. The 1 MHz GBW means unity-gain stable designs have that bandwidth available; at higher closed-loop gains the usable bandwidth scales down accordingly. Input offset voltage is 2 mV typical, input bias current 200 nA — typical for a bipolar-input op-amp of this generation.
That means it remains a valid choice for new production builds and replacement stock without last-time-buy deadlines.
