50 mA fixed 3.8 V LDO with 63 dB PSRR
This is a single-output, positive fixed LDO regulator delivering 50 mA at a nominal 3.8 V. The 63 dB PSRR at 1 kHz makes it a candidate for post-switcher clean-up in analog or RF supply rails where ripple rejection matters. Dropout voltage is 0.22 V max at 50 mA, so the input rail can sit as low as 4.02 V and still maintain regulation — useful in battery-powered designs where the cell voltage decays. The low Iq suits always-on or sleep-mode loads where every microamp is budgeted.
Industrial temperature range and protection
Built-in protection includes overcurrent, overtemperature, and short-circuit shutdown — no external watchdog needed for basic fault containment. An Enable pin (active-high logic) allows the regulator to be gated by a GPIO or power-good signal, dropping the output to zero and reducing quiescent draw to near-zero in shutdown.
