Product details

Dual PLL frequency synthesizer for RF local-oscillator chains

The Texas Instruments LMX2433SLEX/NOPB is a PLLatinum™ dual PLL frequency synthesizer in a 20-UFLGA package. It integrates two independent PLLs with a shared reference input, covering RF bands up to 3.6 GHz on one path and 1.7 GHz on the other — typical for dual-conversion receivers or multi-band LO generation in base stations and wireless infrastructure. The CMOS input and output interface keeps external logic simple, and the PLL bypass mode lets you feed an external VCO directly when needed.

The 20-UFLGA package (3.5 x 3.5 mm) is a land-grid array with no peripheral leads.

Frequently asked questions

What is the frequency range of LMX2433SLEX/NOPB?

The dual PLL paths cover up to 3.6 GHz on one output and 1.7 GHz on the other. That covers most cellular and ISM-band LO generation up to 3.6 GHz.

Is LMX2433SLEX/NOPB compatible with 3.3V logic?

No — the supply range tops out at 2.75 V. Driving the CMOS input with 3.3 V logic exceeds the absolute maximum. Use a level translator if the control interface runs at 3.3 V.
