What this comparator brings to the board
The rail-to-rail CMOS push-pull output drives logic inputs directly. Quiescent current maxes out at 14 µA. Propagation delay is 1.8 µs maximum. That is not a high-speed comparator — you would not use it for a switching power supply loop or a high-frequency zero-cross detector. But for over-voltage/under-voltage monitoring, temperature threshold alarms, or window comparators on slow analog signals, the delay is well within margin. The SC-70-5 package is a 5-pin surface-mount footprint.
Pinout and replacement notes
The TLV9032DDFR is a dual-channel comparator in a similar speed class (100 ns propagation delay) with a wider temperature range (-40°C to 125°C) and lower input bias (5 pA). It is not a pin-compatible second source — different pinout and dual vs single channel — but it is the closest functional alternative if you need two comparators in one package and can re-lay the board.
