Dual comparator with a wide supply window
The LMV393MM/NOPB: With two independent comparator elements in one 8-VSSOP package (3.00 mm wide), it saves board space compared to two single-channel parts. The 600 ns max propagation delay keeps it responsive for threshold detection and overvoltage monitoring loops where sub-microsecond response is not required.
Output flexibility and power budget
The output stage supports CMOS, open-collector, and TTL logic levels, so it interfaces directly with a downstream microcontroller GPIO or a pull-up resistor without an external level translator. Quiescent current maxes at 300 µA per device — low enough for battery-powered sensors that wake periodically to compare a voltage against a reference. Input bias current stays under 250 nA at 5 V, which matters when the comparator is fed from a high-impedance source like a photodiode or a voltage divider with resistors above 100 kΩ.
Temperature grade and board integration
Surface-mount assembly with a moisture sensitivity level typical for MSOP packages; no special bake required if the reel is used within the floor-life window. RoHS3 compliant — no restricted substances beyond the exemption limits.
