Automotive-grade quad op-amp in 14-SOIC
The LMV324Q1MAX/NOPB: It is AEC-Q100 qualified as an automotive-grade device, meaning it meets the stress and reliability requirements for under-hood and cabin electronics.
Parametric headroom for signal-chain design
The 1 MHz gain-bandwidth product and 1 V/µs slew rate set the small-signal bandwidth ceiling — useful for sensor conditioning loops where the signal frequency stays below 100 kHz. Each of the four channels draws 410 µA supply current, keeping the total quiescent draw under 1.7 mA for the package. The 160 mA per-channel output drive can source or sink enough current to directly bias a small relay coil or LED indicator without a buffer transistor. The -40°C to 125°C operating range covers the full automotive temperature envelope, including engine bay and transmission-mounted electronics.
Active lifecycle and compliance documentation
The supplier device package is 14-SOIC, matching the standard SOIC-14 footprint. The tape-and-reel packaging option (Cut Tape also available) suits both prototyping and volume pick-and-place runs.
