Rail-to-rail output and 160 mA output current
The rail-to-rail output swings within millivolts of the supply rails, preserving dynamic range in low-voltage single-supply designs. This is useful when driving an ADC input or a low-impedance load directly. The 160 mA output current per channel gives headroom for driving headphones, small relays, or multiple downstream stages without an external buffer — but watch the package thermal limits if sourcing near that maximum continuously.
No end-of-life notice is on record, so this BOM line can be committed for new designs and production without near-term obsolescence risk.
