The LMV1012UP-15/NOPB is a Class AB amplifier tailored for electret or MEMS microphone capsules — the output is a single mono channel, so it fits one-mic designs like voice pickups, headsets, or single-channel recording interfaces.
Housed in a 4-bump DSBGA (0.9mm x 0.9mm), the 0.5mm pitch requires a solder-mask-defined pad on the PCB — the stencil aperture should match the bump diameter for consistent solder volume. The small footprint saves board area in space-constrained wearable or earbud designs. Surface-mount assembly with standard reflow profile; the package is moisture-sensitive, so a bake step before reflow may be needed if the reel seal is broken.
