The LMK04803BISQX/NOPB is a Texas Instruments PLLatinum jitter cleaner with an integrated PLL, designed to reduce phase noise on reference clocks for high-speed data converters and serial links. It accepts LVCMOS, LVDS, or LVPECL inputs and provides the same output types, with a maximum output frequency of 1.536 GHz — sufficient for cleaning clocks feeding JESD204B ADCs or 10-GbE PHYs. The 2:14 input-to-output ratio means a single cleaned reference can be fanned out to fourteen devices, reducing the number of clock buffers in the distribution tree.

Operating range and package integration

Supply voltage is 3.15 V to 3.45 V — a clean 3.3 V rail with less than 30 mV ripple is typical; the PLL's VCO and charge pump are sensitive to supply noise, so a dedicated LDO ahead of this rail is recommended.
