The LMH6714MFX/NOPB is a single wideband current-feedback op-amp from TI's VIP10™ series, designed for video distribution and cable-driving applications where slew rate dominates large-signal response. Its 1800 V/µs slew rate and 400 MHz -3 dB bandwidth mean it can swing several volts into a 75 Ω back-terminated line without visible slew-induced distortion on standard-definition or high-resolution analog video signals. The current-feedback topology keeps bandwidth flat across gain settings, so the 400 MHz figure holds whether you configure it as a unity-gain buffer or a gain-of-2 line driver.
Runs from a single 8 V to 12.5 V supply, or split ±4 V to ±6.25 V rails. Each channel delivers 70 mA output current. Quiescent current is 5.6 mA.
Supplied in a 5-pin SOT-23-5 package for surface-mount assembly. The small footprint suits dense video-switch matrices or multi-channel boards.
