Dual voltage-feedback op-amp with 200 V/µs slew rate
Each of the two channels can source or sink 120 mA of output current, enough to drive 50 Ω back-terminated cables or multiple SAR ADC inputs directly. The supply span runs from 5 V to 12 V, making it compatible with common single-supply rails as well as split ±5 V or ±6 V configurations.
A 200 V/µs slew rate means this amplifier can swing a 2 V peak-to-peak output at over 30 MHz before slew-rate limiting sets in — a practical limit for driving high-speed ADCs with full-scale steps. The 260 MHz gain-bandwidth product supports closed-loop gains up to 10× while still maintaining 26 MHz of small-signal bandwidth. For a unity-gain buffer driving a 10 MSPS SAR ADC input, the settling time to 0.1% is dominated by the amplifier's 120 mA output current charging the ADC's sampling capacitor, not by the slew limit. The 5 µA input bias current and 1 mV input offset voltage are typical for a bipolar-input high-speed stage; expect a DC offset contribution of several millivolts at the output, which may need a servo loop or AC coupling in precision DC paths.
The part is listed as RoHS non-compliant, which matters for EU RoHS-exempt applications (military, aerospace, some medical) but may require a waiver or a lead-free alternative for commercial builds bound by the directive.
