Dual high-speed voltage-feedback amplifier in 8-SOIC
It operates from a 5 V to 12 V supply span, drawing 9 mA per channel.
At 550 V/µs, this amplifier can reproduce a 5 V peak-to-peak square wave with rise times under 20 ns, making it suitable for driving flash ADC inputs or video lines. The 85 mA output current per channel provides enough drive for 50 Ω back-terminated loads.
Supply range and single-supply operation
The 5 V to 12 V supply span allows operation from a single 5 V rail or split supplies like ±5 V. The input common-mode range and output swing are not rail-to-rail — expect headroom of about 1.5 V from each rail at the output. For a 5 V single-supply design, the input range limits the usable signal swing.
