1.5 GHz GBW voltage-feedback amplifier in SOT-23-5
The LMH6624MF-NS is a single-circuit voltage-feedback op-amp from Texas Instruments' LMH® series, delivering a 1.5 GHz gain-bandwidth product and a 400 V/µs slew rate. With a -3 dB bandwidth of 95 MHz, it is designed for wideband signal conditioning where fast settling and low distortion are required. The 100 mA output current per channel drives capacitive loads or 50-ohm back-terminated lines directly.
Parametric profile and operating range
Supply span from 5 V to 12 V single or split rail — the 12 mA quiescent current is a reasonable trade-off for the 1.5 GHz bandwidth. Input offset voltage is 100 µV typical, and input bias current is 13 µA, which matters when the source impedance is high enough to create a voltage drop across the feedback network. The -40°C to 125°C operating temperature range covers industrial and automotive ambient extremes without derating. The SOT-23-5 package (SC-74A) fits a compact PCB layout, but the 0.95 mm pitch requires careful routing to minimise parasitic capacitance at the inverting input.
