Industrial temperature grade — rated for harsh environments
The -40 °C to 125 °C operating temperature range qualifies this part for industrial motor drives, outdoor telecom equipment, and under-hood automotive sensor interfaces. The 100 µV input offset voltage and 13 µA input bias current are typical for a high-speed bipolar input stage; expect some DC offset drift with temperature, but the wide bandwidth is the primary selection criterion here. Supply current of 12 mA per channel is reasonable for the speed class.
Package and footprint — 8-SOIC
Housed in an 8-SOIC package (0.154" width, 3.90 mm body) with surface-mount termination. The supplier device package is also 8-SOIC. Standard SOIC-8 land pattern applies; no thermal pad underneath, so power dissipation relies on copper area and airflow. For high-frequency layout, keep feedback and input traces short to minimise parasitic capacitance.
