AEC-Q100 qualified high-speed differential amplifier
The Texas Instruments LMH6551QMME/NOPB is a single-channel voltage-feedback operational amplifier in the Automotive AEC-Q100 series, qualified to the AEC-Q100 standard for automotive-grade applications. It delivers a 2400 V/µs slew rate and a 370 MHz -3 dB bandwidth, making it suited for driving high-speed ADCs, video distribution, radar IF chains, and communications signal paths where fast settling and wide bandwidth are required. The differential output eliminates the need for an external balun or transformer when driving differential-input ADCs or balanced lines. The part is supplied in an 8-VSSOP package (3.00 mm width) and operates over the -40°C to 125°C temperature range, covering under-hood and cabin-grade automotive environments.
Supply voltage and output drive
The amplifier runs on a single supply from 3 V to 12 V. Quiescent supply current is 12.5 mA, and each output channel can source or sink 65 mA.
Package and mounting
8-VSSOP (3.00 mm × 3.00 mm body) — surface-mount only. The -40°C to 125°C operating range covers automotive under-hood and industrial extended-temperature environments. Standard Tape & Reel or Cut Tape options available for prototype or production volumes.
