The LM9061M/NOPB is a single-channel high-side gate driver for N-channel MOSFETs, with a non-inverting input — the gate output follows the logic input without polarity inversion. Supply range of 7 V to 26 V covers the common 12 V and 24 V automotive and industrial rails, with margin for transients on a nominal 12 V system.
