The LM75AIMME/NOPB is a digital local temperature sensor from Texas Instruments, part of the LM75 family. The 9-bit resolution gives 0.5°C per LSB, which is adequate for most system-monitoring tasks. The supply voltage spans 2.7V to 5.5V, so it can run off a 3.3V or 5V rail without a separate regulator.
