Single-supply general-purpose op amp in SOT-23-5
The LM7341MF/NOPB is a single-channel general-purpose operational amplifier from Texas Instruments, offering a 4.6 MHz gain-bandwidth product and a 1.9 V/µs slew rate in a compact SOT-23-5 package. With a supply span from 2.5 V to 32 V, it fits designs running on a single 3.3 V or 5 V rail as well as industrial 24 V systems, and its rail-to-rail output stage maximizes dynamic range at low supply voltages.
Parametric fit for signal conditioning
Drawing 700 µA quiescent supply current, the LM7341MF/NOPB balances bandwidth and power for sensor buffering, ADC driver, or active filter stages where 4.6 MHz GBW is sufficient for signals up to a few hundred kilohertz. Input offset voltage is 200 µV typical, and input bias current is 110 nA — adequate for resistive sensor interfaces but not for high-impedance sources like photodiode amplifiers, where a CMOS-input op amp would be a better fit. The -40°C to 125°C operating temperature range covers automotive under-hood and industrial enclosure environments, and the rail-to-rail output can source or sink 13 mA per channel.
Package and supply posture
Housed in the SC-74A / SOT-753 (SOT-23-5) surface-mount package, it is supplied in Tape & Reel (TR) or Cut Tape (CT) for pick-and-place assembly.
