Dual op-amp with 80 MHz GBP and rail-to-rail output
The rail-to-rail output stage allows maximum signal swing in low-voltage single-supply designs. Supply span from 2.7 V to 24 V covers both battery-powered portable equipment and industrial control rails. Each channel can source or sink 16.9 mA, adequate for driving moderate loads or multiple ADC inputs. The 300 µV input offset voltage and 500 nA input bias current are typical for a bipolar-input amplifier at this speed tier.
Package and mounting
The 8-pin SOIC footprint is a standard layout shared with countless general-purpose op-amps, simplifying board layout and second-sourcing.
