Dual low-side driver for N-channel MOSFETs
The supply voltage range of 3.5 V to 14 V covers 5 V and 12 V bias rails commonly found in industrial and automotive power stages.
Independent channels with inverting and non-inverting inputs
Each of the two driver channels operates independently, with separate inverting and non-inverting inputs. The logic input thresholds are 0.8 V for VIL and 2.2 V for VIH, which allows direct interfacing with 5 V logic families without external level shifting.
The NOPB suffix in the order code confirms the lead-free (no Pb) finish.
