What this Boomer® mono amp is for
It includes depop circuitry that suppresses the click and pop on power-up and shutdown, and a dedicated shutdown pin to cut supply current when the audio path is idle. Those two features make it a natural fit for battery-portable gear — phones, tablets, portable speakers, handheld radios — where every milliampere and every transient matters.
Temperature range and where it runs
Rated for -40°C to 85°C ambient, so it handles outdoor enclosures, automotive cabin audio, and factory-floor panels without issue. Not rated for under-hood or extended-temp applications, but for the typical consumer and industrial audio path it is fine.
