Housed in a 25-ball DSBGA (2.46 x 2.46 mm) — the 0.4 mm pitch demands a controlled SMT profile and X-ray inspection for voiding under the bumps.

Note the RoHS non-compliant status — the DSBGA package uses tin-lead solder balls, which exempts it from RoHS but requires a segregated assembly line if your facility runs lead-free only.
