Precision 2.048V reference for ADC biasing and regulation
The Texas Instruments LM4132CMF-2.0/NOPB is a series voltage reference delivering a fixed 2.048V output with ±0.2% initial accuracy and a 20ppm/°C temperature coefficient. It sources up to 20 mA, making it suitable for biasing precision ADCs or setting a stable rail in low-dropout regulator applications. Operating from a 2.448V to 5.5V input, the reference draws only 100 µA quiescent current.
Board-fit and temperature range
Housed in a SOT-23-5 package (SC-74A), the part mounts on standard surface-mount pads with a 0.95 mm pitch. The fixed 2.048V output is a common reference for 12-bit and 16-bit ADCs with a 2.048V or 4.096V full-scale range, eliminating the need for external divider resistors.
